1. Acceptance of Terms
By using PromptlyMail.ai (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
The Service provides AI-powered draft email suggestions by integrating with your Gmail account. Drafts are suggestions only; you are responsible for reviewing, editing, and sending any email.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service.
4. Account Registration
To use the Service, you must connect a Gmail account via OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and credentials.
5. Use of Service
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to send spam, unlawful, or abusive messages.
- Reverse engineer, copy, or resell the Service.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service.
6. Paid Plans
Certain features may be available only to paid users. Payment terms will be provided at checkout. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
7. Data Privacy
Our use of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy. Specifically:
- All emails in your inbox are processed to generate reply drafts and build RAG context.
- Email embeddings used for RAG context are stored as long as you are signed up for the Service.
- Embeddings and related data are deleted within 48 hours after discontinuation of the Service.
- Data is deleted immediately if you use the “Disconnect & Delete My Data” option.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. Draft suggestions may not be accurate or appropriate in all contexts.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PromptlyMail.ai shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms. You may terminate at any time by disconnecting your Gmail account.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
